Where can I purchase Rhi Dancey garments? 

The only place to shop our collection is at rhidancey.com. However, you can also find samples and discounted items on our Depop shop @rhidancey.

Where are Rhi Dancey pieces made? 

The majority of our garments are made in London by Rhi Dancey and her team. We recently began using a factory to produce some of our more complicated garments because we lack the capacity and equipment to do so in-house. We work with an environmentally friendly manufacturer that uses sustainable energy systems and has a low carbon footprint.

How long does it take to dispatch my garment?

Please allow 2-15 working days for us to prepare, pack and dispatch your order. This is an estimate and is subject to change.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a shipment notification with your tracking number via email so you can follow your Rhi Dancey order to your door.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to cancel it.

Please note that if the item you ordered is on pre-order, we will not be able to cancel it.

What size am I?

Do you accept Returns?

We only accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the return policy here.

How long do I have to return/exchange my order?

We allow 15 days from the delivery date for you to place a return/exchange. Once received at our studio, exchanges may take up to 15 days to process. Please refer to our exchange policy here.

Can I change my address once I have placed an order?

All our shipping labels are generated automatically. If you have entered the incorrect address you will have to purchase additional shipping and enter your correct shipping address to produce a new shipping label.

How long do gift cards last?
Our gift cards have an expiration date of 12 months. All other discount and compensation codes will expire within 6 months.

How do I wash my Rhi Dancey garment?

Follow the instruction below to wash by hand ONLY.

1. Soak in warm soapy water

2. Rinse in cold water

3. Roll up in a towel

4. Air dry
